At Sunrise we often work on prototype and special project packaging for our clients. One we are working on now is for Mrs. Meyer’s Clean Day products.
A project like this is multi-faceted. It isn’t just printing, but also design innovation as well as functionality.
One of the coolest features is the box itself. The structure was designed by Sunrise and the surface is a simulated wood print with grain. Finishing off the box are custom made straps and buckle hardware
One exciting thing about this project is how it utilizes multiple techniques. For example, the booklets feature both screw post booklet binding as well as o-ring binding. Soft-touch lamination was also used.
In the close-up below you can see the plates and simulated scent packets are on our BeefyCard material with custom painted edges. The foam cutouts add to the three dimensional effect and add to the cuteness factor.
