Custom Frosted Door Graphics

While business is looking different with Shelter in Place, we are still working on some projects. We recently printed and installed door graphics at Lantern Partners in downtown Chicago working with Bear Construction.

This look was achieved by using 3M Dusted Crystal on the front doors printed with opaque white ink.

Conference room sidelights

We also created  2 conference room sidelights which are on Dual Feather Gradient from Decorative Films.

Overall this project was a great collaboration! It provides a sleek look on the glass and the frost provides some privacy.

Spotlight on…Event Graphics

At Sunrise Hitek we do a fair amount of event graphics. This can include anything from a few banners, to wallpaper, or dozens of different items! A recent example was this Ogilvy CFA event.

Here you can see the pillar column wraps. These were printed on a PSA removable white vinyl with extra material around the edges to accommodate the bevel sides of the pillars, making it worry free enough for the client to install themselves!

Overall, this turned out to be a project we are really proud of. Jobs like this are a great fit for us because we print on a wide variety of substrates and are also a G7 Certified Master Printer, which ensures that color matching will be on point as seen below! 🙌

Go, Cubs, Go! ⚾️

We here at Sunrise Hitek are ready for Spring…and Spring baseball! We were very excited to help out in the printing of Cubs “In-forcement” citation tickets.

Ticket vouchers in custom envelope

Unsuspecting fans displaying Cubs logos, stickers, or gear were presented with an official-looking violation. Instead of the dreadful bright orange City of Chicago envelope, these custom printed violation notices were covered in the iconic Cubby blue. To the delight of the bewildered fans, each envelope held vouchers for game tickets!

uh-oh, not a ticket!

To pull off this viral feat, Sunrise Hitek was called upon to print the impressively deceptive and official-looking citations. Sunrise expertly color-matched the famous Cubby blue to seal the deal. With the look and feel of an official citation, fans were truly caught off guard until the surprise was revealed. See the “citation” in action here. Play ball! ⚾️
